Measurement
We arrange a visit to check the space, walls, services and access, and take the measurements needed for the design.
Design and project, if needed
If the job calls for it, we prepare the design and project plans after measuring. This work is free when you commission us to manufacture the furniture to those plans.
Final quotation
With the measurements confirmed, we agree the layout, materials, fittings, installation and price in a detailed quotation.
Approval and deposit
You review the proposal. Once you approve it, the agreed deposit starts the order.
Manufacture
We make the furniture to the approved design and prepare the pieces for delivery and fitting.
Installation
We bring the furniture to your property, fit it and adjust doors, fronts and finishing details.
Final check together
We check the furniture with you: openings, finishes and how everything works. We note any remaining adjustments.

Final dimensions and hardware are not confirmed from photographs alone. The wardrobe is inspected, measured and tested.
Carcass inspection
Before choosing a colour we inspect whether the carcass is level, securely fixed and sound enough for a new frontage.
Opening survey
Each replacement door is made for its actual opening and the gap required by the chosen mechanism.
Opening test
Existing doors and drawers are opened to check that the new frontage will not block them.
Door specification
Material, thickness and handles are agreed together with the hinge or runner that must carry the weight.
Hardware and adaptation
Fixing points are tested on the structure that will remain in place.
Fitting and adjustment
Once the agreed parts are removed, every new door is fitted and adjusted; we review gaps and closing together.
Decoration, internal repair and a full replacement are separate decisions. If inspection reveals a need for them, we discuss their price before adding them.
