Project process

What happens after the design is approved

The workshop needs more than a picture of the finished room. Each component is identified, its fittings are specified and its route into the property is considered.

Parts listed

Panels and trims are identified against the approved dimensions before cutting.

Hardware prepared

Hinge holes, runners and cable openings are machined for the selected fittings.

Visible faces reviewed

Where grain or colour continuity matters, adjoining parts are checked together.

Complex joints tested

A difficult corner can be trial assembled before delivery where that helps prevent a site problem.
